GPG admits to its membership only those physicians who demonstrate the highest levels of clinical achievement and practice integrity. Today its membership includes physicians throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, as well as in some 20 surrounding North Texas communities.

Our members are affiliated with most major DFW-area hospitals. Since 1999 GPG has achieved national prominence as one of few physician organizations to earn certification by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). For three consecutive years more than 100 GPG members have earned "Best Doctors in Dallas" awards from D magazine by a vote of their peers.

GPG is a financially secure independent physician association wholly owned and governed by physicians. It is recognized as a not-for-profit corporation that includes more than 40 contracts with both self-insured employers and managed care organizations.
